John D. (Jack) Kearney, Sr. is Managing Director of Investment Banking and the founding member of Dumas Capital Partners, LLC in Dallas, Texas. He holds 30 years of experience as an advisor to both public and private companies in raising equity and debt capital, developing and executing M&A strategies and restructuring debt or redeploying assets.
Jack holds both Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from Duke University. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1984.
Dumas Capital Partners, LLC was founded in 2013 and is a boutique corporate finance firm & merchant bank that provides experienced advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital formation, and balance sheet refinancing.
