* Customer Service Representative I or II
This position is responsible for performing routine branch and customer service
duties; processing routine retail and commercial deposit/loan transactions. Deliver
Exemplary customer service which includes maintain strong client relationships and
recommending products and services beneficial to the client's needs.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills to include: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Basic math skills
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability
to apply common sense to carry our instructions, interpret documents, understand
procedures, write correspondence, and speak clearly to customers and employees
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- All applicants being considered for a position will be required to take a customer
service profile assessment along with a full background and drug screening.
