Overview & FAQs

What changed and when?

Texas Security Bank just finished a complete upgrade of all of our online systems. This included online banking, online cash management, remote deposit capture, TSB mobile and our bill pay platforms. We also upgraded and enhanced many of our back office systems as well, to increase efficiency and better serve our clients. The conversion occurred as scheduled on Monday July 14, 2014.

Why did TSB make these changes?

One of our goals is to provide our clients with the most up-to-date products and services. We realized that our current systems were not keeping up with our growth or the advances in technology.

Enhancement Highlights

Consolidated Online Cash Management System:

  • No more keeping up with multiple ids and passwords, or switching between systems. Log in once and everything you need to manage your business is at your fingertips.

More Robust ACH and Wire Management Platform:

  • User friendly, intuitive processing engine.
  • Better reporting, including ACH addendum information and Fed wire confirmation data.

Refreshing New Online Banking System:

  • Account information and services have been rearranged for easier access.
  • New "dashboard" designed landing page that puts the most commonly used transactions and data on the front page when you log in. See what you need to see without having to search for it.

Redesigned Mobile Application: TSBMobile for Apple or Android

  • This new mobile application is all-inclusive. You will now be able to do your routine online banking, make deposits and pay bills all from your Apple or Android smart phone.

CheckFree® and CheckFree® for Business:

  • Our bill pay services will now be supported by CheckFree® on the world's largest processor of online bill payments.
  • CheckFree is a robust payment solution that meets every client's need. As an added bonus, we'll be adding PopMoney®, a great new person-to-person payment system designed for quick and easy payments to friends and family without having to know their personal banking information.
