He has experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, capital raising, business valuations and start-up operations.

Over the course of his career, Glenn has raised more than $500 million in capital from private equity firms, venture capital groups, angel investors, commercial banks, and mezzanine groups.
