Andy Brundige
Andy Brundige received his Master of Architecture with an emphasis in Construction Management from Texas A&M University in 1975. He has been employed by AECC, Inc. since 1979 and has served as Executive Vice President since 1985. Responsibilities include managing the Dallas Office, client development, scheduling of project managers, and scope-of-work guidelines.

He has experience in all phases of commercial and retail land development, specialty facilities, and multifamily construction, including reviewing plans, construction costs, and field observations.

David Voss Consulting was started in January 2010 with the specific goal of providing corporate-level facility management expertise to companies of all sizes to help them realize efficiencies, increase savings, improve profitability and maximize asset value in their buildings and properties.

Mr. Voss joined the Dallas Market Center in September 1997 as Senior Vice President of Operations and he assumed the position of DMC's Executive Vice President of Operations in March 2000. His responsibilities included local, national and international projects for the Market Center Management Company.

Prior to joining DMC, Mr. Voss served as Vice President of Operations at Infomart for 11 years, and worked for the City of Dallas for 11 years in the Building Services and Court Services Departments. Mr. Voss grew up in the construction business and majored in Fine Arts at the University of North Texas.

Mr. Voss has worked on numerous construction and facility management projects including Dallas City Hall, J. Erik Jonsson Central Library, Dallas Union Station, Infomart, International Floral and Gift Center, California Mart, Shanghai Mart, Brussels Trade Mart, Fashion Center Dallas and the Dallas Trade Mart lighting expansion project. Mr.Voss has served on several Major Investment Studies including the Trinity Parkway Project and DART's Northwest Corridor (Green Line) Project.

Professional organization affiliations include Building Owners and Managers Association, National Fire Protection Association, International Facility Management Association and the Stemmons Corridor Business Association (as Member, Board Member, Vice-Chair and Chairman).
