Devry W. Garrett
Devry W. Garrett is a director of Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC, a law firm with offices in Dallas and Houston. Mr. Garrett's primary area of specialty is banking law, representing banks and other financial institutions on lending, regulatory, operations, litigation, and trust and estate matters.

In addition, he has an active practice in real estate development and real estate related transactions. As a result of his work with banks and trust companies, he also practices in trust, estate, and probate matters, and related litigation.

Mr. Garrett has had extensive experience, as well, in international business transactions and international banking and financial transactions.

Mr. Garrett obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Houston, Summa Cum Laude, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Houston, Magna Cum Laude. He was named by Texas Monthly Magazine as a "Texas Super Lawyer" in 2003, and he is admitted to practice in the State of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Throughout his career, Mr. Garrett has been active in educational programs for the State Bar Association, the American Institute of Banking, and has been an Adjunct Professor for banking law and business law courses at Northeast Texas Community College.
