Starting with his father's family-owned business, Rich Allen has first-hand experience
with the unique challenges inherent in leading and growing the smallest of businesses
to those in the Fortune 500. An author and inspirational speaker, he helps business
leaders visualize their goals, structure their approach, measure their outcomes,
continuously improve their processes and achieve remarkable results.
Prior to becoming a business coach in 2007, Rich was a Captain in the U.S. Army,
VP HR with Texas Instruments, and VP HR at Pella Corporation where he was promoted
to Division President. He is a proud Rotarian and serves on several boards including
Genesis Elevator Company, Atlanta, GA, Frisco Chamber of Commerce and ManeGait Theraputic
Horsemanship Charity, McKinney, TX. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State
University and an MBA in International Business from the University of Texas at
Rich has been named Coach of the Year in North Texas for 2007 and 2008, was recognized
as BrandCOACH for the Americas in 2009 and was recognized as the 2009 Entrepreneur
of the Year by the Frisco Chamber of Commerce.
Rich also published his first book, "Tour de Profit – a 52 Stage Race to Grow Your
Business" in 2011.
