The Dallas Fed's July Beige Book indicates moderate economic growth across the Eleventh District.  Employment, banking activity, services, retail sales, and energy production all showed improvement, while commercial real estate remained active.  Housing activity continued to be soft, and businesses reported ongoing cost pressures related to labor, transportation, fuel, and materials.  Overall, contacts described conditions as stable to positive, while continuing to monitor inflation, demand, and economic uncertainty.

At Texas Security Bank, we remain focused on helping Texas businesses navigate these dynamic market conditions with confidence.  From growth planning to financing opportunities, our bankers are ready to help you prepare for what's ahead.  Connect with a Texas Security Bank banker today to start the conversation.
